I didn't receive what I thought I ordered Manager came over and gave me a full steak sandwich at no cost . I didn't ask or expect it. I had paid for what I received. Thumbs up!!!!

This is only my 2nd time to Panera Bread and I am more than impressed with not only the quality of food but also the customer service. It was my first time to order togo and I had 3 separate orders. While waiting on my orders, Sebastian was extremely friendly and attentive to my request and so was Mark. I feel they both went out of their way to answer my questions and put my order together correctly (I have a prego coworker so this was exponentially important hers was correct lol). As a consumer, I appreciate the attention to detail and the timely manner they completed my order. Especially being I was leaving immediately afterwards and not eating at the location. The food... I had the Thai Chicken Salad which has to be my new favorite salad! Phenomenal flavors but light, crisp and refreshing. Thank you Panera Bread for a great experience. I will be back.

Worst Panera experience to date. Horrible, horrible service and such an attitude from everyone on staff. The line was 10 people deep at 9am and the manager and cashier were standing off to the side talking. 3-4 walked out after 10 minutes of this. Once she came back she had an unbelievably catty attitude towards the next person in line and it continued with me. She made sure everyone knew that she was unhappy and never said "Thank you" or anything to that effect.

Refrain from ordering after about 7pm because they tend to not care about how they make your food after a certain time because they just want to be done and go home. Sandwich was missing bacon and was saugy and gross. Greek Salad was just lettuce with 2 olives 2 slices of onion no yellow pepper no pepperoncinis. WHAT A JOKE AND WASTE OF MONEY. if you're open until 9pm but half ass it after 7pm why stay open for the extra two hours? It's only wasting your employees time and pissing off your customers. NEVER AGAIN.

Many years ago when Panera first made its appearance in the rural upstate NY area I come from, I was in love with it. The bread is great, and they had yummy sandwich options, and broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl is pretty much heaven. The You Pick Two combo was reasonable around $7, and it didn't feel like a chain, more like a cafe. Now a good 10 years later, I'm a lot less in love with Panera. The prices have increased with the combo being closer to $10 (but so have the prices of everything so you can't really fault them), but I don't feel like it tastes as good as it used to. In the past I have almost exclusively ordered the Bacon Turkey Bravo half sandwich with a soup. I LOVE the tomato basil bread the sandwich comes on. The Mediterranean veggie sandwich also comes on this bread, so it's also a winner. Pretty much any time I've ventured away from this bread I've been disappointed as of late. My most recent trip I came in exclusively for their new broth bowl. I was feeling under the weather and wanted a hot soup. I ordered the quinoa and egg broth bowl. It was lunch time, but the service was fairly quick, but when I got my broth bowl I just wasn't thrilled. It wasn't as hot as I wanted it to be, and I'm just not sure the flavor profiles are quite right. The most overwhelming flavor was an acid/citrus flavor. It may just be a matter of preference and taste, but I don't know that I'd get it again. Panera does have some positive aspects (aside from the tomato basil bread). It's easy to make healthy choices here as the nutrition is posted on the menu as well as full nutrition info customization on the website. The cookies and bagels are good, and in general I find the service to be very friendly. It's just not as good as it used to be for me, and definitely not one of my top picks.

The service is sooo bad here, prepare to be ignored and wait. Today only 3 people walked into the back to hide while one cashier took orders for the line of 4-5 people. I have to sneak in the back someday and see what is more important back there than customers....

I'm a big fan of Panera Bread. Always have been. In general I give Panera Bread 5 stars. I have been to this location one time and it has to lose a star because of what happened. Let me just preface by saying I love their tuna sandwich (on honey wheat). Also in the am I will often stop at a different location for a bagel and coffee and I have eaten my fair share of the carrot cake cupcakes. Ok, so I went on a Sunday in february. Ordered the Tuna on honey wheat. I pay, go to wait for my sandwich and the guy nicely apologized that they are out of honey wheat. Not the end of the world however it would have been nice to know when I ordered. Of course they were out of the next thing I wanted and then when i decided to go with something different..... the grill wasn't working. Again, they were very nice and polite and it has nothing to do with the employees however I wish this all would have gone down a little better because I was starving and pretty much ate the cupcake while I was waiting. I do love that the calories are posted on the menu although it guilts me out of 75% of their food.

It's much the the same as every other. Decent staff, decent fare, great customer service but they never have 2 of the same quiche available. So I get to wait 21 minutes while they bake. Bloody annoying. This is the 3rd time in a row this has happened. I could understand perhaps if it wasn't at 8:00 but......

Service is pretty good tonight. Not busy either. Young lady at the counter was very polite. Check number 129797 Or 7774 3337 0573 4202 4152 35 order #197 Food quality at every location is great. Except tonight. I had the chicken Tortellini Alfredo combo with Caesar salad a baguette and my favorite smoothly. The Caesar salad wasn't bad as in spoiled, it was fresh, but the worst Caesar I've ever had. Flanagan's is much better. Really Panera bread, it's a Caesar salad! You can't have the best Caesar salad in town. With every thing else that's great at Panera, just saying. Disappointed !! But will be back. Get the bean counters off the calculator and spend a little more on a better salad and pass the cost onto the consumer. We won't mind. knowing a little more cost for a salad that's off the chain is well worth it. Like everything else on your menu. One more thing. Thank you. I noticed your sign on the wall. 17 million to charity. Good job!

I am a regular here and always enjoy the food and service, but today it was really off. Since it's a Sunday midday it's a very quiet day here during the week it's a busy place. So since there were hardly any customers to take care of you would think everything would be above what you would normally experience here. First off waited at the counter for five minutes because there was no one there to take my order. I ordered the smokehouse turkey grilled panini which I have had many times here and the chicken wild mushroom soup which is my favorite as a matter of fact it get a star all by itself. My order was up and I don't even think the guy bothered putting on the panini press because it wasn't grilled not even he slightest and the turkey was still cold from the refrigerator. They were also out of two different packets of condiments. Note to the management your place should be just as good on the weekends as it is during the week please look into it if you continue to want my business at this location.

Horrible, horrible service. I thought the cashier was really rude, didn't want to be there, & impatient of me. I love panera, but I refuse to go to this location again. They also had like 5 desserts out that were left & it was only 7:30. Very disappointing.

Let's think logically for a second here. Let's say you were at home, you're also on a diet. Okay so you are at home feeling hungry (because you're on a diet), and you want to make yourself lunch. You explore your options and rule out any clearly calorie packed meals like pastas, a burger, cake etc. You decide to make yourself a healthy sandwich and on this sandwich you put turkey, tomato and lettuce, that's it. Bravo to you on your healthy lunch choice. Well let me tell you, if you get this exact sandwich made at Panera, plan on spending 24 weight watchers points. If you are not familiar with weight watchers, you get 26 points A DAY. I just ate majority of my day's points on a plain, dry turkey freaking sandwich, are you kidding me right now?! Go check Panera's website if you don't believe me. They offer up their nutrition info in the back corners of the site where you can peruse a list of cellulite inducing sandwiches who pretend like they are healthy but secretly pack 41 GRAMS OF FAT. What I am upset about here is the disillusionment. Panera throws out words like "artisan" "all natural" and "antibiotic-free" blah blah blah, making you think that what they are serving up is going to be healthy. It's not. And don't even get me started on the mark-up here. Prices seem to continually rise and just this week I came in for lunch and walked out $9.11poorer for a "you-pick 2" for a salad and a cup of mac and cheese. Please. Oh- the mac and cheese is 61 grams of fat. Watch as I go kill myself now. I love the food here, I like the atmosphere, and even during the lunch time rush you typically get your food pretty quickly. But for real, for those calories I can go stuff my face with french fries and chicken nuggets, all while saving a few bucks. I am just trying to bring some light to this scandal. You can cross Paneral off your list of healthy lunch options and add it to your repertoire of cheat-day restaurants.

I used to LOVE Panera Bread. Serious love! But lately the quality AND quantity of the food has gone downhill. The last 2 chicken salad sandwiches, LITERALLY we measured, had ONE tablespoon of chicken salad. ???? We gave them multiple chances, but won't be going back. Very sad!

I like Panera for lunch or afternoon break. The staff is polite and the soups/sandwich combo is the best option for the price. Make sure to ask for chips instead of the hand-cut piece of bread that it comes with. I mean by all means I love your potato soup in the bread bowl, but bread on the side screams carbs overload to me. Sign up for their keyfob card program and get a free cookie or $2 off food every once in awhile. :)

I have visited Panera many times across the country. This is one of the best. The service was great and the layout more user friendly.

It's Panera and standard across the board. Never any issues here. They are quick in a lunch rush.

Pleasant greeting from order taker. Order was accurate and ready pretty quick. Food was good. Water cups, lemon slices, ice, butter, and water readily available. Hazelnut coffee was empty when I went to get some. Had to settle for the Dark Roast. Pleasant environment. Not a big fan of the "Mr. Rogers" type jazz music playing. WIFI connected with no problem as I have been here many times before. Make sure you get a MyPanera card. I was rewarded with a free lemonade for my patronage, which hit the spot on this hot/humid day. Use your receipt to enter the survey to win $2,000 on June 15, 2012. The website is paneralistens.com
